How to get your Motion Flex Cards

Five steps. Takes about two minutes the first time, and about ten seconds every time after that.

1

Open the Motion app

Open motioninvestments.llc/motion-app on your phone or your desktop. There's nothing to install.

2

Continue with Google, or use your email with a password or a sign-in link.

3

Connect Discord in Settings

Open Settings and choose Connect Discord Account. This is the step that unlocks cards — it's how Motion knows which calls are yours. You only ever do this once.

4

Open your packs

Go to Cards in the menu. Your packs are already waiting — each one holds up to five of your calls. Tap one to open it.

5

Post them to profits and losses

Every card you pull lands in the Trophy Room — that's where all your cards live, and where you go to find them later.

Open a card there and share it straight to the profits and losses channel. Post your cards. That's the whole point of having them.

Open the Motion app

What you need first

One

Be in the Motion server

Cards are for members. If you leave, the mint closes with you.

Two

Have made calls in the trenches

Post your calls in the trenches channels and Motion picks them up on its own. There's nothing to submit and nothing to type into the app. No calls yet means nothing to mint yet.

What Flex Cards are

One card for every call you've made

Not just your best one. Every call you've posted can become its own card, built from what actually happened to it.

They're free, and they always will be

There is no paid version of any Motion Card and there never will be.

Packs are five calls, and you don't pick them

Motion decides what goes in a pack and you can't see inside before you open it. If you want one specific call instead, there's a single-card option under the packs.

Your cards live in the Trophy Room

Everything you've ever pulled stays there. You can sort it, search it, download any card, and share any card. Nothing expires.

If a call keeps running, you can mint it again

Calls don't stop moving after you mint them. When one climbs far enough it becomes available again, and you'll be asked whether to keep your old card alongside the new one or clear it out.

Every card is signed, and stays that way

Each card carries a code that only Motion can produce, so a card can be checked and a fake can't pass. A card you've shared stays verifiable forever — even if you later delete it from your own Trophy Room.

Anatomy of a card serial

MOTNIssuer - S1Season - FCard type - 000001Mint serial - sig12Signature
Serials are issued by a monotonic counter — a gap means a card was retired, never reused

Signed at mint

The multiple, the token and the timestamp are frozen into a signed payload the moment the card is created. The face of the card can never drift from the record behind it.

Verifiable by anyone

Paste the VIN into the public registry and the card either checks out or it does not — no account, no screenshot, no benefit of the doubt.

Rarity you earn

Tier name and border art are set by the trade itself. A card from a huge multiple does not resemble a small one, and no amount of money produces either.

Made to travel

One tap saves the card to your camera roll or copies it straight into a post. The proof and the flex are the same object.

No example card is shown here because the registry is starting from serial one.
